I believe in miracles – the everyday variety. The one shining light on my day today is a perfect example. I tested positive for COVID on December 6, 2020. When the vaccines became available, I was advised to wait for ninety days since that positive test date before taking my first dose. Quick math informed me that March would be my perfect month. In March, I affirmed, my vaccine would be given to me.

Well, around mid-February I began to take in the horror stories about how hard it was to get an appointment, so I began sitting “in line” at several websites waiting for a portal to open for me to schedule my first shot. Nothing happened and frustration took root in my DNA. Then this morning, March 1st, I received not one, but two invitations to make an appointment. and my first dose will be given to me tomorrow.

I teach about trust and faith and positivity and still fall victim to doubt and fear. Being human is hard work! The Truth is Life is awesome sometimes in spite of me!
